Resolution in Support of Border Integrity
WHEREAS, the principle of territorial integrity of individual nation states is recognized
under international law, the United States is currently having its territorial integrity violated by
both the current U.S President’s failure to uphold and enforce current US law as well as his
encouragement of other nation states to incentivize and assist their Citizens to migrate to the
United States with contempt of the law and with the malicious emptying of their prisons and
mental health institutions into the United States has demonstrated this President’s disregard for
the Rule of Law, border integrity and the safety and security of the Citizens of the United States.
WHEREAS, the principal function of the Executive Branch of the United States is the
protection of its Citizens and the safeguarding of their civil liberties, as mandated by the
Constitution, the current President has failed in this responsibility by allowing millions of illegal
aliens to endanger the legal Citizens of the United States and threaten their civil
liberties, most notable the sanctity of the vote and election integrity,
WHEREAS, current federal law prohibits illegal entry into the United States,
we recognize the current President’s willful refusal to enforce the law as it stands, in direct
violation to his oath of office and abdication of the duties he swore before God to uphold,
WHEREAS, criminal enterprises, to include cartels and hostile nation states such as
China, are actively poisoning our population, trafficking humans in modern slavery, profiting
from the sexual exploitation of women and children with nearly 8,000 migrant children taken
into US custody now unaccounted for, the President in his refusal to protect the borders of the
United States is complicit in these immoral and illegal activities using taxpayer funds to
participate and encourage lawlessness.
WHEREAS, the flood of illegal aliens reduces the employment opportunities of legal
Citizens and reduces their earning potential by driving down wages as evidenced by Department
of Labor statistics, citing job growth averages to be nearly 100% migrant forces. Further, illegal
migrants are a burden to local municipalities by leaving the onus of support to the taxpayer.
Basic human services, paid for and intended for the US Citizen, are being diverted to migrants.
The President is promoting social and economic harm to legal Citizens due to his inaction.
WHEREAS, the Nation’s children currently suffering from loss of education and development
due to the pandemic restrictions continue to suffer as their classrooms are filled with children -
unvaccinated and unable to participate in learning due to language and cultural barriers, the
President of the United States has placed the safety, security and future of our children behind
the needs of illegal alien non-citizens. The education and participation of our children is vital
for our future survival as a Nation. This President has sacrificed our Nation’s most precious
resource.
WHEREAS, the current mass migration is the largest in modern history; equal to our 7th
most populous state, Ohio - it is heavily composed of young men of military age, many from
nation states hostile to the United States and sponsors of terror, the President has allowed mass
migration to become an invasion of our Sovereign nation by hostile actors and therefore has
introduced clear and present danger to the Citizens of the United States. This action is a
treasonous and deliberate act sacrificing our security for the power secured by importing voters
and hostile foreign troops to domestic soil.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, we believe that the President of the United States
and his administration is in open defiance of federal law defined by Article III, Section 3,
Clause 1 and has abandoned his primary responsibility to protect the United States and her
Citizens. Therefore, we call upon Congress to begin the Impeachment process of the President
and others within his administration that have failed their obligations and then afterward tried
for treason according to the Constitution of the United States. And secondly, Congress, through
its authority granted by the Constitution, should exercise its oversight and legislative authority
over the Executive Branch, close the border, complete the wall, and begin mass deportation.
Resolution in Support of Rule of Law
WHEREAS, the United States was founded on the principle of Freedom and Individual Liberty
protected by the Rule of Law, equal application of law and justice, the current President of the
United States has violated his oath to support and defend the Constitution in his disregard of
the basic liberties granted all Citizens of the United States.
WHEREAS, equal protections are guaranteed by the Constitution, the President has
weaponized his Justice Department, endangering equal protection against his political
opposition by attempting to silence dissent through prosecution and penalties in direct violation
of the 8th Amendment that protect us from cruel and unusual punishment and excessive penalty
and 4th Amendment protections from illegal search and seizure.
WHEREAS, the right to a speedy trial is enshrined in the Constitution, Citizens who dissented
against the current President and his questionable election, remain in prison without trial while
atrocities committed in protest during the summer of 2020 on Federal properties remain
unindicted and unprosecuted, a flagrant violation of equal protection and application of the
law.
WHEREAS, the right to freedom of expression, press, religion and assembly are the greatest
of our God given freedoms protected by the Constitution, this President has worked with the
Federal Agencies and media outlets to suppress the freedom of ideas and expression that do not
conform to his political and policy agenda ideals in direct violation of the first amendment.
Freedom of religion and its free expression most notably restricted by this President during the
pandemic with Pastors prosecuted, all the while more secular establishments were left
unmolested. Punitive social and economic penalties implemented if moral objection to the
sexualization and state-funded mutilation of our children were raised. The President has
routinely violated our civil liberties while warning of a threat to democracy; this President is the
very threat to the Republic in direct violation of the law and his oath.
WHEREAS, the President’s actions on occasion were found unconstitutional by the Supreme
Court, most notably the forgiveness of Student Loans, the President continues to function extraconstitutionally, in violation to the Court and his responsibility to uphold the law and remain
within the confines of the law.
WHEREAS, the Constitution explicitly gives the Power of the Purse to Congress, this
President has routinely reallocated monies appropriated by Congress for the funding of political
and illegal purposes, notably the current alien invasion of our borders, funding the housing,
feeding, education, healthcare and transport of aliens invading our nation; soft funding of
foreign wars at the expense of our military readiness, specifically the relocation of equipment
and munitions to Ukraine paid for by the Defense Appropriations passed by Congress for our
Military, and the forgiveness of loans that shift the burden to the taxpayer.
WHEREAS, The President of the United States holds no greater responsibility than to support
and defend the Constitution of the United States, ensuring the Rights, and Liberties of its
Citizens. This President has deliberately violated the very rights that he was to protect, purposely
putting his politics above the safety and security of a Nation and its Citizenry, violating his oath
of office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the RCGOP calls for President Joseph
Robinette Biden Jr. to be removed from office and prosecuted for the violation of our civil
liberties.
Resolution in Support of Israel
WHEREAS, the United States was the first nation to recognize Israel as a Sovereign nation, it
is evident that this President is willing to soften support or abandon Israel in exchange for votes
and favor.
WHEREAS, Iran , an avowed enemy of Israel and the United States, has grown wealthy due to
this President’s energy policies and the lifting of sanctions and has allowed Iran - once
impoverished by the previous President - to fund proxy wars against the US and plan, train and
implement the mass murder, rape and mutilation of Jewish men, women and children in Israel,
the rightful, historic home of the Jewish people.
WHEREAS, this President is currently pressing Israel to refrain from self-defense and is
asking Israel for restraint in the prosecution of the war against the unprovoked attack from
Hamas, while Israeli dead remain unidentified and unburied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Israel has the right to self-defense without
interference from the President of the United States, without sanction or pressure. We call on
President Biden to unequivocally support the state of Israel, the greatest ally of the United States
and the only democratic government in the Middle East; failure to do so emboldens their
adversaries.
Let it be known that the good people of the United States support Israel and its right to
self-defense and determination. Further, let it be known that the RCGOP unequivocally supports
the historic state of Israel and its God-given right to exist.
